담당 업무
•
실시간 거래 운영에 핵심이 되는 고성능(high-performance), 저지연(low-latency) 소프트웨어 솔루션의 설계, 개발 및 유지보수
•
인프라부터 애플리케이션 레벨까지 전반적인 시스템 아키텍처를 다루며, 최적의 성능과 안정성을 고려한 시스템 구축
•
기존 코드베이스 분석 및 구조 개선(Refactoring)을 통한 시스템 개선
자격 요건
•
컴퓨터공학 또는 관련 분야의 학사 학위, 혹은 이에 준하는 실무 경험 보유자

Go 언어에 능숙하신 분
•
Linux 환경 및 Git 버전 관리 도구 사용에 능숙하신 분
•
관련 분야에서 5년 이상의 경력 보유자

Working at Alphanonce
Alphanonce is looking for a Back-end Engineer to help us build innovative software systems.
We are seeking someone who has a deep understanding of Golang and concurrency, and who can architect and build scalable and efficient systems from the ground up.
As part of our team, you'll play a key role in developing high-performance and low-latency infrastructure that powers complex trading algorithms. Rather than maintaining legacy systems, you'll actively lead efforts to improve technical architecture, reduce debt, and push toward better system design and performance.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who values a healthy engineering culture and is eager to shape our technical direction and collaboration practices together with the team.
Responsibilities
•
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, low-latency software systems that support real-time trading operations
•
Contribute across the entire system stack, from infrastructure to application-level architecture, with a focus on performance and reliability
•
Analyze and refactor existing codebases to continuously improve structure and maintainability
Qualifications
•
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
•
Proficiency in Go programming language
•
Experience with Linux environments and version control using Git
•
Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant engineering role
Preferred Qualifications
•
Advanced proficiency in Go, including experience with asynchronous logic and concurrent systems
•
Hands-on experience with Protobuf and gRPC-based applications
•
Familiarity with concurrent programming principles and patterns
•
Flexibility to learn and adopt new programming languages as needed
•
Strong understanding of systems architecture (networking, CPU, memory models, etc.)
•
Ability to identify architectural limitations and drive improvements through sound technical decisions
•
Interest in building and contributing to a thoughtful engineering culture, including clean code, peer reviews, and collaborative design
